She currently lives in Boise, Idaho with her family.

Marriages can experience ups and downs, which are normal. In fact, a study at the University of California at Berkeley found that after children, couples’ marital satisfaction declines and there is an increase of conflict. As a result, this can negatively affect kids emotionally and academically.  As kids grow up, there tends to be a decline in marital satisfaction over time. Additionally, complications like demanding work and life may leave you feeling unsupported or resentful.

Overall, Monica talks about how you can navigate these feelings, work on your marriage, make it wonderful, feel better and make your children thrive. Monica says: “It’s easier than you might think… you may just need some simple, time-saving, life-saving skills and strategies.” Monica shares with us her thoughts on how to gain conflict resolution skills, so you create stronger connections with your family.
