For the past few weeks, we’ve been really focusing in on one theme: Christmas lists.
As the weather turns from hot to cool, and the seasons change from summer to fall, Christmas is getting closer every day.
And whether or not you like to plan way in advance, at some point, you’re going to have to get started on your Christmas shopping and gift ideas.
So, today, we’ll walk you through exactly how to organize your Christmas list this year, with the help of the WishSlate app (totally for free!).
Go to app.wishslate.com to sign up for a free account
First things first, you’ll want to visit app.wishslate.com to sign up for your free WishSlate account.
This only takes a minute, and then you’ll be all set for the holiday season!
Once you’re all logged in, you’re ready to go to the next step.
Add an item to your Christmas list
As we’ve covered on the blog, the first step in building any wish list is, of course, to find some items you like!
Do some searching around online at your favourite stores and pick out a few items that speak to you.
Then, simply copy and paste the URL to the items from the website into the WishSlate app where it says “Paste link to add item.”
Let the details auto-populate, add a note if you’d like, and then click Save!
Try cool new features like the tag feature to keep things organized
We’ve got an amazing new feature to help you keep your Christmas list (and any wish list!) organized.
All you’ve got to do is go to the item in your wish list, press the purple plus button, and select the tag you’d like to add — for this example, we used Christmas, but you can also select different occasions like Birthday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or Wedding.
Then, when you’re viewing your wish list, you know exactly which items are meant for Christmas and which ones are meant for other special occasions.
As always, remember that you can share your Christmas list with friends and family right within the WishSlate app as well. They’ll appreciate the time you took to create an elegant and organized assortment of products! You’ll be making their Christmas shopping way, way easier.
